STARTECH MAKES A NEW 'UPGRADE'
The elegant Italian SUV returns to the Geneva Motor Show with a new proposal developed by the German coach Startech, having presented the model last year in the same event and with a very similar design. The Maserati Levante by Startech has a design program that gives it a more special image, showing a series of components made of carbon fiber and which are mounted directly on the original parts of the production model. The front has a new spoiler that draws attention to its profile even more integrated, reducing the elevation of the front axle and increasing stability at high speeds. It is available either painted in body color or revealing its carbon fiber fabric. On the rear, the bumper integrates the exhaust pipes of the two available mechanical versions in the Levante line, although optionally a specific exhaust system is offered for the V6 biturbo version with electronically controlled fins. In addition, a roof spoiler with active aerodynamics can be mounted on the top of the lid, varying its position depending on the speed.
In addition, the integrated diffuser with marked plumbing is completely painted black, as well as the exhaust tips and any chromed detail of the standard model, although in case the diffuser can reveal its carbon fiber root.Startech's design program also includes powerful 21- and 22-inch diameter alloy wheels, the latter fitted with 265/35 ZR22 front tires and 295/30 ZR22 rear tires with a striking five-spoke design double with central locking nut and painted black.
For the interior of the Maserati SUV, the preparer offers as standard accessories, decorated door sills with backlit lists, pedals and aluminum footrest with rubber, as well as carbon fiber elements made to measure for the instrument panel , center console and door panels, which combine with a wide selection of leathers to transform an extremely luxurious interior into a radical sports environment with a range of color and design options.
