ALPHA X BLACKBIRD REVEALED WITH 700 HP

The SR-71 Blackbird, manufactured by Lockheed, was the fastest airplane in the air in the 60's thanks to the ability to reach speeds greater than three times the speed of sound. Only five copies will be produced.Beast Alpha X Blackbird is based on the standard Beast Alpha, but performance improves significantly. It continues to use the turbocharged four-cylinder, 2.5-liter engine, but instead of the 400 hp factory, it now produces 700 hp thanks to a revised Cosworth-modified ECU, forged pistons, combustion chambers, valves and drive axles. Meanwhile, customers can choose between a six-speed manual transmission or a sequential six-paddle shifts for the shift.











The upgraded powertrain available on the Beast Alpha X Blackbird allows you to accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h in 2.9 seconds, a considerable improvement if you take into account that the 400 hp version sprints in 3.5 seconds. Blackbird uses carbon fiber significantly with a retractable roof and sidewinder sliding side doors.The X-package adds to the powerful roadster a series of exterior trim in lime green as well as an 18-inch set of specific wheels that cover the AP Racing signature brake system with optional carbon discs.
