FOCUS WILL HAVE AN ACTIVE VERSION WITH 'CROSSOVERIZED' DESIGN
The new generation of the Ford Focus, which will be presented at the Geneva Motor Show next March, will feature an Active version with a crossover design style in 2019.It is already known that the Focus family will consist of a total of three versions: Hatchback, Sedan and SportBreak (turbo). However, in addition to these bodies will also be available a new version called Active, next to a crossover.

This new version is intended to captivate drivers who want to buy a B-segment SUV, but they do not want to give up part of the features of a traditional compact. Thus, the future Ford Focus Active should rely on an over-suspension and various styling touches.In terms of engines, the new Focus Active should have the same engines as the base model: EcoBoost petrol and Diesel TDCi, coupled to a manual transmission or optional as an automatic.The new generation of the Ford Focus is expected to begin shipping in the second half of this year, while the Active version is expected to arrive in early 2019.
