RENAULT LANÇA NOVO MOTOR A GASOLINA 1.3 LITROS TURBO Imagens e fotos de carroBRAND LAUNCHES NEW 1.3 LITER GASOLINE TURBO ENGINE

Renault introduces the new 1.3-liter turbocharged direct injection petrol engine developed from a partnership between the Alliance and Daimler. A block that will be available with three power levels: Energy TCe 115, with manual transmission, Energy TCe 140 and Energy TCe 160, with EDC or manual transmission. An engine that will impress with driving pleasure, but also for reduced fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.A new generation of gasoline engines is arriving, with performances, consumptions and emissions that promise to revolutionize the market. The new 1.3-liter direct injection turbo unit developed in partnership with the Alliance and Daimler is an example. A unit that will offer a significant improvement in driving pleasure thanks to improved torque at low revs, greater and more constant availability at high speeds, but also lower levels of fuel consumption and pollutant emissions.According to Phillippe Brunet, head of Alliance Global VP - Powertrain & Electric Vehicles, "the new gasoline engine incorporates all the experience of engineers from the Renault Group, Aliança and our partner Daimler, respecting the quality standards of companies and having already more than 40,000 hours of testing. Compared to Energy TCe 130, the new Energy TCe 140 offers 35 Nm more torque, which is also available in a wider range, now between 1,500 rpm and 3,500 rpm. "

This new gasoline engine block, coupled with the manual or automatic double clutch EDC, is available in different powers, ranging from 115 to 160 hp.
Technically, the new engine incorporates a number of newly developed innovations by the Alliance, such as the 'Bore Spray Coating', a cylinder coating technology used in the Nissan GT-R engine, which improves efficiency by reducing friction and optimizing transfer of heat.Equally important for improved performance, increased driving pleasure, as well as reduced fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, is the increase in direct fuel injection pressure at 250 bar to which the engine was subjected , as well as the specific design of the combustion chamber, which optimizes the fuel / air mixture. In addition, Dual Variable Timing Camshaft technology controls the intake and exhaust valves according to the engine load. The result is expressed in higher torque at low speeds and in more linear torque at higher speeds, with significant advantages in terms of driving comfort, given the optimization of the response in the intermediate rotation regimes.
